i know, i certainly wont be lending him any again, and if it comes down to needing small claims court, i am prepared to lose him as a mate anyway,

i would never have posted this thread but it's his ignorance that is pissing me off

In order to persue a case in the small claims court it costs £80 in advance which he will have to pay if the case is found in your favour, Although i would try and settle the issue out of court as it's alot less hassle, Like i said go round and tell him to pay it in portions he will most likely agree to it

I know, ive tried most things mate, pay it me in small amounts on payday

i'd go round everyday pal, even if he's not there. just tell his parents you really need to see him and its getting desperate. I wouldn't tell them why but they'll be that curious they will probably confront him. If he comes clean and admitts he owes you they may even pay his debt for him.

i was thinking his mum and dad will help him out with it,

ill be going round today and ask him if he's there, or tell his parents i need to get something off him, and ive been waiting for months, see what they say

how can you refurbish a ruined buckled wheel?

and why would i want to get it refurbed at further cost to me to sell on to still not make all my money back with the tyres being used now?
