How do people manage to work nights all year round? it's crazy. I have just started working 12 hour nights shifts doing electrical work at walkers crisps for 8 weeks, i am yet to complete a full week, can't imagine how i'm going to see out the 8 weeks.

i always wanted to work nights, in our rota we do them every 4 weeks. 9.5 hr shifts

mon/tue/wed/thurs and your shift buddy does fri/sat/sun

then ya swap next time round

its not bad...hard sleeping in warm weather like now but if your tired enough you can sleep
