TBF, the CSL is better in every way, bar the colour choices.

That is the good thing about the E46 M3, it's a high performance car, without the 'draw backs'. Put it this way, my nan probably thinks it's 'just a BMW with no back doors', let alone quite possibly one of the best cars BMW have made and one of the best engines ever produced.
