you re not allow to unless its about an item and its now finished so I tried that you also cant reply again if you have already once before on there!!!!! STUPID rule but hey ho

you can stilll get his username and send him a message, you will just need to input some letters/verification code for confirmation

yeah i did send him a message from just his username but it says:

Most of these emails get blocked as it is an email not related to an item.
