Probably Ebay. Do you have a detinator for them though? You need one, you can only really set one rocket off at a time with the detinators, so make sure you have enough if you are planning to set loads off at the same time or that you make a mega powerfull one.

I don't think they are called rocket fuel. They are called solid state rocket motors or something wierd like that... I used to make toy rockets
