Nope was not a finance deal so nothing to worry about there.

Why were they out driving the car anyway?! All you do for EML is drive it into the garage and plug Tech 2 in to see what the problem is. Dont need to go for a drive in it

have they got a police reference if it was an uninsured driver as they need it for their insurance.... to me sounds all too funny how it has just happened...
Tell them you want a loan car until they sort her with a full refund for the total amount inc part exchange!

All been sorted tonight:
Her old car back
Full money back
This is what she got to see when collecting her old car.......
She hadn't even had it 24hrs.
Least everything seems to have worked out ok, no money lost apart from her insurance.
