OK, might be a stupid question but how the fook do you holdpullies still while you're trying to undo the bolt holding them in? Is there a special tool?

should be able to stop the cam from turning by using an open ended spanner, then undo the bolt on the pulley

should be a place for it on the camshaft, take the rocker covre gasket off, look onto the cam which u want to take the pulley off and you should see a bit to put the spanner on to stop it from turning while you unbolt the pulley
