Are you on a full kit or just new springs? Is it really THAT neccesary to get a set of new dampers alongside some new springs? I know most places strongly recommend it if going any lower than 40mm (I'm thinking 60mm btw) but I'm trying to save the old ££'s.. is it really worth splashing out on?

should be in help zone really, but its not necessary its better to uprate shocks though

always found springs only do the job for -40mm but -60mm would always uprate shocks too..

oh and moved to help
