Then surely if insurance are involved they will want your car ?

Or are you sorting outwith insurance ?

It's sorted with the insurance. In fact they advised me to do this, the third party is claiming against me in all likelihood, so that will be sorted by them. But I've specified that I'mnot claiming for my car so as far as Bell are concerned it's not their problem any more.

I really can't fault Bell for the way they've handled this, could have just told me to claim and slapped me with extra charges for premiums etc, but they seem to have been acting in my best interests throughout.

The Cavalier hasnt even affected my premium much either.
