**Before you start reading this I don't know what happened so don;t kick off atthe end**
Was away camping in llangolen this weekend with gf and loads of mates and on sunday when we were packing up after climbing a mountain we saw a police 'copter circling above the village (about 20 min walk away), anyway it was up for ages and we saw it edging towards our campsite. It was hovering about 30 ft above the next field when 2 little scallies ran and pretty much fell down a hill into our field everyone was a bit confused but we recognised them from giving people grief in the pub the night before. Everyone was looking at them but not doing much so we started walking over to where they were trying to disguise themselves (putting hats on etc ) and they legged it. Cut a long story short(er) we were driving up the path to leave and there were 2 police galaxy's with armed response in, they had caught them and were bagging there clothes up etc
Wouldn't tell anyone what had happened but mate of a mate said the lads drink in a pub near wehre i live and he'd find out.
Gotta be something pretty serious for armed response and helicopter

Might have been taking pot shots at people with an air pistol or something.

could be anything, if they are spottted with guns (possibly replicas) then armed response is called. Helicopter may have been involved cause it was cross country etc where a birds eye is needed.
