evo review the corsa vxr this month, a few points that i've read from it
they like it
it has the best power to weight in its class
its lighter than the clio 
they raced all of them up a hill in france, and it beats the curpra and the clio 197 (cooper s wins)
it got 4 stars

It's still the Astra's ugly younger sister though IMO
Astra V's Corsa, Clio V's Megane Tests would be good, just to get an idea of what you should gain in hangling and agility over the larger cars  .

I read in one report its better than the astra.

Have to wait to see what people like cole who have test drives booked think of it
