any idea how to get a corsa 1.0 12v clocks to work on a f28 cable driven box ? no holes in bulk head for cable so any idea on an electrical way?

iv ordered the f20 speedo ring after reading other old post any help please? have been told i can use the 1.4 16v plug out the top of the gear box to wire it in electrically and the speedo will work any ideas how true this is?
