Very cool, But I cant help but think a Turbo'd VVC would of been a more cost effective route.

the vvc's dont like to get turbo's cos there already bored out and stroked 1.4's so things just melt with the heat!

Forged pistons with up-rated piston rings, Stronger forged conrods, 17% Stronger forged crankshaft, A grade piston liners, Water pump, Oil pump, Sump, Vandervell heavy duty big end bearings + better head, TBs and pointy cams = 230bhp.
