http://www.thisisnorthscotland.co.uk/displayNode.jsp?nodeId=149235&command=displayContent&sourceNode=149218&contentPK=16055223&moduleName=InternalSearch&formname=filtersearch
didn't know about this report in Nov...His wife only got true facts 3 weeks ago from somebody that was there.
we have now got more information and the Brazilian guy that was driving the car was deffo racing and doing 90mph, hit a kerb on a corner and car flipped several times and hit a wall...Other 3 lived Scott died on impact...
Scott was just coming home from the pub and this guy he worked with offered him a lift...Such a waste.....
Thinking of you Scotty...always.....
We are scaterring his ashes tomorrow aswell at a plaque in the garden of rememberance...at 4pm...
Lifes not the same at all without him....

Absolutely dreadful Really feel for you Mav.
I lost a friend who I used to work with only last weekend. He wasnt my best friend but it saddens me I know I will never see him again, and to think of how the people closest to him must feel puts a lump in my throat.

Yeah, I still miss my mate, if it wasn't him overtaken 4 cars before a bend and a problem with one of the rear brakes he wouldn't of hit that tree sideways.

You can't do anything when your a passenger, the driver should of been done for manslaughter.

That's not good enough they should keep his family imformed with what is happening and I believe they have a more tougher law than use.

well seemingly been told they are not 'that' strict on this sort of thing...
Family was thinking about suing the driver but now do not want to go through that.

thoughts are with you mav.
like most people it seems i've known people killed in car accidents, once it was his own fault and the other was a passenger. they weren't close by any means and i was truly gutted when they died. can't imagine losing a best mate and hopefully i won't have to
