anyone interested in some? Vsport now have all the tooling needed to make thes up inc mandrel bending the pipes etc... designs are now complete but need about 5 orders to make it worthwhile making them. price will be a stonking £250.

spec will be:

304 stainless (British steel)
mirror polished
2mm gauge tubing
8mm thick flanges
fully tig welded

any opinions?

250 price is that fitted all in all



what sort are they 4-2-1 etc???

are these 1s going to be specials

they will be 4-2-1 and no thats not fitted

probably not going to be a stock item, they arent cheap to make so thats why I will make them in batches of 5 once I have 5 orders.

what are the benifits of having a 4-2-1 manifold on a 1.4 16v would you see a noticable change in performance?

Are they flow tested etc?

Also, where will the manifold end? Isn't going to be like SBD one's is it?

people will probley be more interested in cheaper ones made from cheaper materials, say £175 mark

i think you'd be better off making one up as a demonstrator, so people could see the quality etc, and the fit

started work on them today so by next weekend I should have 1 done.
