What are the best subframes to buy?

Also how easy is it to make your own subframes for bucket seats?

you should buy the relevant subframe for the seat. a Cobra seat requires a Cobra sub subframe that will match the Corsa configeration for example.
it will depend purely on the type of seat...

The seats i have found dont conme with subframes it says you have to get them, it says sparco once are best to get

how much are the sparco subframes?
