You screw it in I think.

Worth it if you want an armrest I suppose.

Ive got one in mine, never noticed it get in the way. You can fold it up if it does

Is it screw in? Do you have to drill holes for it?

yea its screw in. The guide shows drilling, but i just lined it up and screwed straight into the plastic, went it easy enough.

i have 1, it takes time getting used to, but its nice and comfy
