I've had a fair bit of interest in my wheels, (16" Nimrods 206 GTI wheels). I took them off earlier to fit my new ones to find on one the wheel is dented on the inside rim, not badly but noticeable.
Now i'm not really bothered in how much money i get for them but i have said i wanted £300, 2 have light kurb damage, tyre tread is ok on 2 and nearly new on the other 2, but 2 of them have bulges on the inside walls.
So i have suggested to everyone who has inquired that i advise they get new tyres fitted!
I'm a bit pissed of as i bet this was due to a pot hole! But are they even sellable with the dent on the inside rim? Will try to get pics tomorrow.

One needs alloy welding on a small crack that leaks air, and one needs a tyre, other 3 tyres are brand new, but they look so nice on my car. I hit a brick on the M1, thats how mine cracked.
Think yourself lucky, i had 3 blow outs in the space of 2 week.
What rims you got on now? VTS?

Yeah mate i have vts wheels.
Do you think it is repairable? If so do you think i would make my money back if i put new tyres on them? Tyres will be atleast £300 so that would mean me selling them for £600 plus a refurb / repair! Do you think someone with saxo / 106 will pay nearly £700 for a set of 206 gti wheels? I Doubt it! If i say £200 for em i'll be happy enough as thats what i paid for my vts wheels!

You can get toyo proxe t1-rs fitted near me for £50 a corner. Nobody will pay more than £300 I don't reckon, they're on pug sites and ebay in mint condition all the time.
Get them sold for £200 as they are, someone will want them to refurb themselves possibly in a different colour than silver

Well i said to a bloke on SSC that i wanted £300 (before i knew about the dent) but i could get them refurbed but would be on top of the £300 which i would take as deposit and get them done in whatever colour he wanted.

HHHmmm Well they may be up for sale soon! I only put them on last night, had the A539's fitted yesterday, but i'm not 100% sure they are the right wheels. Waiting till it's lowered more to make my mind up!
