i want a 1.4 corsa sport.. i'm only 17 and this will be my first car.. i would like to start my own policy but if the price is too much i will have to go on as a named driver... anyone know any cheap insurance companies for me please?

I was with quinn direct for my first year driving and was £1600 fully comp on my 1.4 sport

thats damn good...have u tried direct line ? they are ussually quite good aswell, just dont commit to a company until u have checked them all !! only takes 5 mins per website so is well worth it !

i'm 17 and have a 1.4 sport and i'm on my dads insurance and its £600. thats with cis. i heard if you go to directline though you can build up no claims as a named driver, will be dearer though

£692 for year as a named driver on step dad policy on CIS
if i pay monthly its £729.64
it would have to be monthly.. so £729.54
for 17 year old as named driver on a 1.4 corsa sport that good??

my dad had 9 so maybe that helped me a little. aslong as he hasnt crashed etc you should be ok like. be sure to get a sport with power steerin! and not in rio verde or parts wont be easy lol guess what colour i picked and guess what was missing from my spec?

well good luck anyway! that quote is quite good but i would pay it in a lump sum if you could, even just borrowing from the mum and dad because you will need the extra cash for petrol lol

1636 fully comp on a 1.4 is a bloody good quote for your age.
CIS aren't good for mods though infact i'm pretty sure they don't allow any same with direct line unless over 25.
save a few bob and keep it standard for a year.
