A set of Irmscher Corsa B Foglights - brand new and packaged:

They retail at £179.99 from irmscher-bits.com here, but they are discontinued and sold out.

From Vauxhall, they retail at £281.00, according to here.

But you need to cut the bumper for them - mine I don't, and even if I have to cut the lower grille, it is very easy to get a new one very cheaply.

Nope, but i've never seen those before! They actually look like their designed for the Pre facelift bumper judging by the way they seem to have a slight louvre towards the end, and the way the stencil looks .
