its compulsary to make throttle body revving noises when fitting tb's, everyone does it.

I find myself doing it all the time when fitting them, or even getting them out of the box

May not be that difficult get that idle box thingy made up at an engineering place.
Just needs those pipe outlets, a hole for the idle motor...
If you get the dimensions from that one in the pic.

Those pipes on the box do just look like breathers.
