Fair enough, however in my opinion to believe he may not have had a clue what was going on or worse that it didn't take place is a non-argument. That is of course unless every single article and book i have encountered has been a pack of lies.

Yes he got things done and done very very well he also swayed people with his tremendous oratory skills and sense of purpose and patriotism which rubbed off on every one he met.
All that however is irrelevant so why bring it up

Yeh, Omorashi is making them hold it in until they reach 'climax' by wetting themselves.
Hitler was meant to be more into the getting pissed on side of it that has the other name, urolagnia. Apparently this can sometime include drinking the urine
