I wanna buy 2 tickets from ticketmaster.
They say they'll send tickets to the billing address.

Can my gf pay for it on her card and it get delivered to my address instead of hers? Is there any way they can know what her real address is?

When are ticketmaster likely to deliver the tickets? They say no later than 48hours before the event. But are they likely to deliver it much sooner?

Best bet is to ring them, you usually get the tickets the week before, it varys thou. We got our tickets for Riverdance 8 months before the actual show, whereas others have come 2 weeks before etc
