i use senditnow.com they use parcel force but it is cheaper to go through them.

lynx couriers.. ring them up, tell them what u got... they pull a price out of the sky, pay them through paypal and item gets collected next day.
A lot easier as it saves you having to weigh and measure stuff. plus the prices are usually good. £25 for a front bumper.
