twin port - here we go..........
the inlet manifold has too chambers,
one long inlet track (gives more torque)
one short track (gives better power)
at low rpm the swirl flaps in the manifold let the air flow in the inlet go the long track giving good low down grunt
when the revs start increasing the swirl flaps let the air flow in the inlet go through the shorter route giving greater power
understand?
