lastnite i had to walk home from work which is bout 5miles in my steel toe caps, wasnt that bad till i woke up yhis mornig with huge bloody blisters on the palms of me feet an now i cant fuckin walk. gta do the same till i collect my car which culd be upto two weeks! how can i get rid and walk?? any tips?

I went for a job interview, and for fairly uniteresting reasons, ended up walking the entire distance to the place from the train station (just under10km), had a lovely blister on my heel that popped and filled my shoe wih crap.
