I presume it must be for an X16XE? If not, I have a C16XE loom and ECU

They are different in there selfs but are interchangeable on the engines/cars

The C16XE loom is not interchangable because it does not have the provision for the immobiliser. C16XE engines also use air flow meters, the X16XE uses a MAP sensor.
