does anybody use internet banking? just tried to log on and it wants a phone security number? well i dont use phone banking so were do i find this?

never been asked for that just id number if that fails sort code. date of birth etc gets you on

should ask for internet banking number ,your date of birth then 3 random numbers from password u gave
