Am in a bit of a muddle connecting my head unit, i thought it would be easy but it hasnt turned that way.

Right i connected the iso going from my sony hu into the wiring loom.

However there was no power going into the head unit, when i also look into where the head unit would go i can see a red wire which is going to nothing, the other end of the wire is where the battery under the bonnet is but is also not connected, is this the reason why the head unit is not powering? if so where should i connect it to? the wiring loom also has a wire hanging loose? any help would be useful...thanks!

red wire, hmmm

is there a yellow wire with a bullet connection on it?

the red wire should be connected, try connecting it with that spare one in the stereo loom

it can only go slighty wrong, thats what i did

the red wire is a wire coming from the battery, i just need to know where the red wire from the battery connects to?
