18 months ago now..(hit head on by drunk driver in missus car)

Karen is going for an operation this friday to try and fix her foot still, only 30% chance success rate too..

where the bone was broken there is a tumour growing there now..Not cancerous etc it's a result of the break in the metatarsil...

Sorry to hear that Gordon, Hope it goes well.

No doubt the scumbag is out of prison by now while you, your wife & family are still suffering!!

Hows the compensation claim going?? Accepted an offer yet?? This should be taken into account also. Not just to get more money by simple terms, this could affect her long term..........that has to be taken into consideration!!

cheers all..

Jade, she was offered £8,000 and we turned it down, that was about 6 months ago..We have been back onto the laywer a few weeks ago..

We actually said if they offer a substantial cash settlement we will take it and end the claim there and any future problems are down to us..She is getting really pissed off with it hanging over her head...We were turned down for car insurance from Elephant due to the impending claim...

he was jailed for 8 momths and 5 year driving ban.
