Well, i've been meaning to get my car rolling roaded for a while. It had most of the stage 2 parts for a while, but I was waiting to get it mapped and the injectors fitted before I had it tested.
Anyway, the engine spec is like so....
5Zigen Fireball 3" Exhaust
Denso IK24 Iridium plugs
Walbro Fuel Pump
Decat
Nismo 555cc injectors
Horsham Developments stage 2 chip
Apexi Induction Kit
XS Power front mount intercooler
GReddy Profec B boost controller (low setting is approx 1bar and high setting is approx 1.2bar)
HKS uprated actuator
Anyway, got it on the rollers and the high setting (1.2 bar) gives us this

314.8 bhp and 356 lb/ft
On the low setting (1 bar), it made 299.6bhp and 300lb/ft, which is respectable enough. I'd have been happy with 300bhp @ 1.2 bar!
The RR guy commented that it was running a bit lean though and that there was a bit of detonation, so I need to get the timing checked and possibly invest in a fuel pressure regulator. Still, mustn't grumble as the guy who did the chip reckoned it was normally 280-290

If I sort the timing/fuel pressure regulator out, it should make a tiny bit more. Its made me wonder about investing in a tubular manifold and turbo elbow though, as it'll only cost £180 or so and should help quite a bit

I would be worried about the det as it can kill an engine in seconds. Nice figures though, bet its a right drift bitch!

Yeah, that was why he stopped and didn't take it any further. I've put the settings back on 1 bar now, so its fine. I'm going to find off the guy that mapped it about the fuel pressure regulator and timing and i'll take it back once I know what needs to be done

also if you are running the standard turbo it will be at its limit on power with out running it to hard all the time but that is i realy good result. The 200sx is a good car to get power out of the sr20det engine for little money

It'll be Apex that I get the bits from if I choose to buy them anyway. The turbo is nearing its limits, so the boost won't get turned up any further now anyway

Legend. Just found out that my dodgy readings today might be due to a very dirty afm. Need to get it cleaned good and proper, but hopefully thats it

Standard turbo, yeah.
The rollers appeared to be pretty much spot on, as the standard ones were running the power that they should

not saying the rollers were out, but saying they were correct because the std ones were running spot on doesnt mean they were necessarily correct as it doesnt work like that

I can see what you're saying, but the figures weren't that far out from the estimate figures anyway. Either way, good bragging rights

probably not as it was done on a proper dyno. not a shitty coastdown inertia dyno.
