what tyre size do i need for my car not to rub when lowered 60mm?

Ive got 16" speedlines on my corsa

Lowered around 50mm with 195/45/16 tyres

Front and back Arches have had to be cut out.

offset of the wheels is very important also

looks like 40's would be the lowest you could go, wouldnt expect to so arch work with 15s unless you like your back seast being used

45's would prob be best?

Iv got 16" with 45's, lowered 40mm and it doesn't rub at all.

they are et49, so the perfect offset.

As I said above, it depends on the offset of the wheels

Yes I have Alesios. Being et49 does obviously help yes. Like you said offset is very important
