Not sure if this is against the rules....
Its a long shot I know....but im desperate
Required in the Bristol/Avon area. Can work from home but will be needed in our office at least one day a week.
Sensible rates negotiable....as will full time job if I find the right person.
Initially you will be working under the Architectural team leader working on future planning of secondary schools.
You will need to be quick and accurate....cad 2005+....any other questions u2u me or e-mail me. Before you ask, I'm not going to discuss terms and conditions on this board....suffice to say our capital budget is circa £15m per annum and its a VERY good opportunity for the right candidate. Some understanding of planning and schools would obviously be an advantage
I live in hope.

PS: I'm not after agency staff....need the option to take a person on longer term

It's so difficult to write something like that off the hoof....
TBH, I think the minimum would be an HNC/D person working for themselves in the short term.
Rocking horse shite I know. But agencies are a PITA, and I would prefer to pay a proper wage to an individual as opposed to them getting shit money and getting locked into an agency

That he's been designing school environment stuff?
Why don't people get me by now? Ifhe was a paedophile I'd just say he was raping 9 yr olds.

In architectural terms its pretty fcuking good.
Lets put it this way...I pay an agency XYZ ££££ an hour, they pay their 'employee' XYZ ££££ less their considerable cut.
I'm prepared to pay agancy rates (initially) to an individual.
Go figure...its a great offer to the right person

I knew that.
Not sure about the pay....will depend on the candidate and their ability.....and a load of other things.
Good rates though because i want to take them on direct and not piss money on another agency rip off
