Is it possible to get parts of pannels resprayed or does the whole thing need doing.
Got a couple of nasty chips on the edge of the bonnet and on the boot just wondered if i could just get areas done or if the whole thing would have to be done.

Its smoke grey if that makes any difference

Depends on the size of the chip. You can re-spray areas of the panel. But this will be the sprayers descision, not you telling them you want a cheap job doing.

tbh if you have got a few then you might aswell get the whole lot sprayed, in most cases the colour doesnt go upto the edges but the laquer doesnt mis match!

To respray a boot and bonnet will not be that expensive, i would just pay for the whole job and get a good quality.

There maybe a slight change in the colour as well if you were to respry little areas

my bodyshop wouldnt spray an small area of a panel even if you asked them, most of the time they wont even spray just one panel, they will want to do that whole lot and blend the panel(s) into the adjacent panels, tbh any decent bodyshop will only do that
