Just read it in full.
Poor chap has retained a remarkable level of humour and intelect considering what he has been through.
If that is a true story and not an idea from the mind of a Benny Hill script writer, i'd say he was lucky to be alive, quite silly, and that the whole thing is a bit ridiculous.
