I bought an astra mk4 gsi front bumper with fogs last october, I asked the lad to send it with business post. To cut a long story very short it never turned up, I drove to the head office which is local to me the other day and asked them what was happening, there has been a few letters exchanged between us.
Basically the lad who sent it is no longer on ebay- i know he sent it as he sent me the reciept and the documents and tracking numbers .
They left it at an abondoned house local to me apparently.
So the head office said that HE has to claim at business post in newcastle where he sent it from , but i cant get in touch? i have all the reciepts so where do i stand?
cheers

id imagine you could go and complain yourself unless he paid by card or summat like that because they aren't going to know your not him.

Most probably give you a refund i.e. the value of the bumper.
To be honest, they shouldn't have left it at a house, it should have been signed for. As the recipient of the item, you should be able to claim.

They'll probably give you what you paid for it, but most courier firms insist that the sender claims.

But in that case, the recipients address would be the same as the senders address?
