Colin black one looks sexy!

im after a clean mk2 but finding it impossible to find a gooden with under a zillion miles!

i used to have one but was really tatty and scrapped it in the end to get my corsa.

Good ones are hard to come by, most are joyrided heaps or eaten by tin worm now. Some good ones still about though, mine has a lil on the battery tray & ever so slightly on the notorious wiper blank on the scuttle.....apart from that its fine

145k on the black one, 116k on the scrapped white one, mileage isnt everything!!

I just want to get the fucker back on the road!!!

i know but i cant help think that after 120k + miles the cars not gonan be at its peak if ya get me

i also find it hard to pay 2k on a G plate etc when you cn pick up s/T corsas/golfs etc for little more

fair comment, high miles isnt for everyone!!

Just try & find a bargain, one needing a lil work, mot failure even!! When its not big money its much more fun, I dont think id pay £2k for either, unless it was a very special mk2!!

giv me a shout if you wnat, i go a mk3 vr6 which im modding and i supply a lot of vw guys in my area with all the parts they need, wheels, coilovers, etc
gewt it slammed on some nice dished wheels, set of big bumpers and a milltek exhaust on it.

i didntnt my dad did, it was sort of part owned by both of us
but had to be sold at the offer he got for it, very sily money

but iv just bought another vag, a mk3 vr6 which is soon to get the full treatment
