finnally got the corsa running today so well plesaed. goes in all gears now. feels abit weird with the lsd but will get used to it. had to do loads to the linkage so thought ide post up to help others unfortunately its in list as dont have to many pictures + still dont no how to post them but here goes.

1. first extend the question mark shaped part of linkage by 15mm and also the bar above it with the ball joints on. this is the same as what you do for the f20 boxes and can be found in most conversion guides. i found that later on you may have to weld it at a slightly different angle to standard. standard is each joint at 180 degrees to each other. on mine the one on the gearbox end of the bar had to face downwards slighlty (about 30 degrees) heres a pic of the finnished job

2. cut and weld the bar on the part of the linkage which connects to the actual box to stop it fouling the steering rack. make sure you mark the position so it can be welded at the same angle. i found that you may have to play around with this later on as this joint only has 180 degrees of play to select 7 grears in 4 planes. this means that you may find the joint is at its limit of travel when say going to reverse or 5th/6th gear planes and wont move over any more. the angling of this will therefore have to be adjusted to suit. I also had to cut the other side of it which has the round part on as it still needed to be shorter. again mark the position so it can be welded back the same. with the linkage infront of you all will be clear.
heres a link to novanet forum with pics on how it should look http://www.novaload.net/forum/showthread.php?t=73471

3.from the same part i also had to cut out a triangle and bend it towards the box. this is were the bar meets the ball joint. the reason for this is because the bar was fouling it when selecting reverse and popping off its joint.

3.i then had to file/ cut down the question mark shaped part to make it skinier at the point were it forms the c as it fouls on its mounting point. the mounting point has a pin which goes through it with a "T" shaped spring clip on the top to hold it in place

4.i set the gears up using a 5mmdrill bit in the box and on the stick assembly in the first gear plane. to do this remove the plastic bung on the top of the selector assembly and insert the drill shank end first. now turn the selector clockwise as you are looking at it from the front of the car and you should feel the drill drop in slightly deeper. from inside the car remove the gear gaiter and put the stich over to 1st/2nd. you should be able to insert and 5mm drill into to holes to keep the stick there. Now tighten up the bolt underneath to conect the bar from the cabin to the selector. (13mm)

all gears should now be ok with abit of farting about.

hopefully this will be of some use to people in the future as i had a nightmare trying to get round all the problems. again sorry theres no pictures
