(in the Dukes its the song thats played when they are drifting around the town centre with all the cops after them)
(in Empire its when Lucas and AJ are miming to a song that Joe is playing in his office while playing the drums...)

It is not the AC/DC song ("If You Want Blood You Got It"); it's the one right before it. This song is featured in many many movies but never listed on any soundtrack or in the credits.
