3 door m reg, mate has just got one

how do i tell if it has a rover engine or the honda one

and what are the advantages and disadvantages?

if its a 214 i think its the rover engine .. dont think there was a 1.4 honda rover thingy ,could be wrong tho

rubbish engine, only 2 and a half litres in the coolant system

head gasket failure ALWAYS imminent

wouldnt say there a rubbish engine .. just not the most reliable ,head gaskets tend to go every 30 - 40 k if not then your lucky lol

they didnt do a 1.4 honda engine in the Rover range.

Just 1.6 SOHC
