If a copper is on his own, can he do you for speeding? As in say he was in a riot van pulling out and you and ur mate went past at double the limit, can he do u 4 speeding? or just give you a telling off?

Cheers guys

TC

(I guessed you might know the law so to know how to break it)

Firsty, why would you be doing twice the speed limit.

Secondly, they require evidence. Just a telling off.

a police officer on his own cannot press charges on any1, and hows he gonna prove you were speeding theres no radar in a riot van

deny it, he may try and take yo ass to the station to rape you of a confession, but there's not a lot he can do

Best time to do it is when they are already blue light and on their way to something, they're hardly going to stop and pick you up are they? Anything goes - chase the police car to get through traffic jams, speeding, etc.

They'll just note your plate and knock at yours the next day, it's been done before

I was once going down my mates street, wasnt speeding, but with the air filter makes it sound louder, as i approached the junction, there was a PCSO walking across the road, didnt see me coming, then i started braking and she saw me, and jumped out of the way, i was waiting for traffic to move past before i pulled out and she brayed on my window and shouted HOW FAST WERE YOU GOING THEN, with which i replied, erm about 30, then she shouted back NO YOU WERENT, so i just said prove it, and drove off

I hate PCSO's, loads of them around here, they cant do fuck all, but yet talk to you like they own you.
