Did you adhere to point 1 of the CS trade policy
1.)
Make sure you get all the personal details for the person that you are dealing with i.e. full name, address and phone numbers. Landline numbers are generally easier to trace than mobiles although a mobile number is preferable to only having electronic contact (ie. email/u2u).
Get on the phone to him....
This is happening virtually every week now.

even if i had his number what's stopping him from hanging up? He's clearly read the u2u's that have been sent to him. This Is happening too often on this site
