decided this is my next car been to see a couple over the last week while ive been on holiday, theres a couple of people on here with them isnt there? any thing to look out for ? i heard they leek water

never heard anything of them leaking water if im honest, 2.2 timinf chains can snap if the engine isnt looked after, have seen a few vectras come in with this and they have had a new head and a very hefty bill. the later ones were changed for turbo chains which seems to have eradicated the fault. hope this helps!

They defo do leak water without the seals being changed, its a very common problem.

yep had the turbo seals put on my 2.2 and doesn't leak at all now
Very good car aswell and i use it everyday. vx220.org is a great help too
