Probably beat them to death but never pull a trigger or stab them.
It would have to be extra extra seriosu though and if it was in response to something that hurt anyone in my family i wouldn'teven care about being caught

No i would not do it because i am not a savage. I would be unbelievably hurt and upset from loosing the person they had killed, but no i would not kill them
Justice would be dealt, they would be going straight down to hell anyway!

i don't see how pointing a gun and pulling the trigger at some1 who as hurt you in such a way is hard. i wouldn't struggle and im not a violent person in the slightest.

If someone had done something serious to my family then I could kill them. I'd plan it properly though, so I didn't get caught.
I wouldn't shoot them or anything...i'd knife them. Easier than getting a gun.

By stabbing them you would also leave Lots of evidence. a Gun from 10 feet then lob it out at sea is much cleaner
