thats on a 1.4i ls 5 door corsa b

its now down to £500 in second year.

[EDIT] - think most insurance companies will charge about 1k for first year, my mate was paying more than me for a 1.2 corsa tpft

my first car was a white 5dr 1.4 8v LS i paid 1200 fully comp! then got a 2 door 1.2 and it went up!

2door's are classed more of a "hot hatch"
i dont think it will make much difference tbh

not to much i dont think! i know ppl that have inrured sri's and sports for under 1k on thier 1st yr at 17! shop around abit and try to make it as cheap as pos!

eg.
annual mileage
also try naming ur mum/dad on the policy and say they'd do half the milage. this normally helps too!

im now 20 with 3 yrs NCB and paying £410 fully comp! its that first year thats a killer mate good luck
