Well Esther spat the dummy this weekend and decided she would try and piss me off..

Start of the week I was getting a funky noise from the timing belt area so tracked it down to the water pump having lotsa lots of play in its bearing (not good!).. lol. So planned to do that today, no biggy, done loads of them...

THEn last night on the way to the boords came off a roundabout at about warp 9 and got an almighty bang.. Stopped to have a look, nothing obvious and wasnt the best place to be stopped so just kept going.. Got to the boords to find the drivers side of the car lowered about another 60mm.. ace, snapped spring!! lol

So today was fun and games, water pump seized into the block, so plenty swearing and hitting later that was changed and then set about stripping the front end..

Will fit my spare springs tommorow and it gives me an excuse to fire my new shockies on aswell so not all bad..

Rant over, heres some pics.. lol

60mm springs on standard shocks the reason why they snapped or just wear and tear?

sounds like my car to be honest except it's been doing it to me for about 9 months now lol. every week something goes wrong.
