somebodys insurance details without them giving them to me.

got hit up the arse but wasnt major(so i thought) so i just kinda said "hey ho" but now my boot wont open and my girlfriend has whiplash...

anybody shed some light on this?

Should have taken their details regardless but no point dwelling over that now.

Dont know a way of doing that but making a claim now will be very difficult

no point, they'll just say it wasnt them as you didnt get their details at the scene and details of witnesses around.

ALWAYS get details at the scene no matter how small.

BTW- Is the boot floor crumpled? If so could be major work!
