If your gonna start taking Creatine you will need to drink ALOT of water, more than usual.

I don't know about you guys bed time or if you set one but i usually go to sleep about 10-11 so i get a good 7/8hrs a night. Right before bed you should eat Cottage Cheese (but i fucking hate that so i use Natural Greek Style Yoghurt) and eat about 100g of it. This will keep your body from going catabolic over night and burning muscle, as it burns slowly.

you should sit down and add up roughly how many grams/calories are in each meal y ou eat to make sure your on track, my first attempt i thought it would be ok but i was way over (im cutting) so re did it. You can use www.fitday.com to help too for nutrional information.

I just been to the gym for lunch and i had a week off due to hurting my back, and i haven't taken my supplements today or eaten right because i was only planning on light work today. But when i got there i decided to try a full workout like usual, i was doing my chest and legs today, and by christ did i notice a difference. I had no energy today, i went to do my last sets of bench press and i got it down and i couldn't push it back up i had pushed myself to my limit (which is normally much higher) i had to get someone to help me lift it off. Proved to me how much the right eating helps, i also don't have my protein or meal here so i can't eat so my muscles aren't goin to repair quickly

Just found out from a guy i work with he has a GNC (health store) gold card, gets 40% off. So i'm going with him wednesday to stock up for a few months on supplements! Altho im debating trying this maximuscle stuff.

I wouldn't recommend using a supplement to 'add' calories to your diet, its best to clean bulk and maybe just add another another piece of chicken or more of what your eating. But first of all you need to sit and work it all out, only takes an hour or so!
Chicken breast in packets isn't that good to use either, if its like the bernard matthews chicken breast that is. I just go to tescos and buy the frozen healthy living skinless & bonless breasts in a bag, and on sunday evening i'll cook up enough to last me till wed, then on wed enough till saturday etc. Although im buying a george forman this week so i might be changing that soon and grilling my food when i need it.
