...On a small budget but want to make the car look clean for once.

What do you suggest for both interior and exterior (Incl wheels)?

Also, I need to make my grey bumpers black again for one last time before i colour code, I've used back2black in the past but is there anything else that may last longer?

heatgun is the best thng to use on bumpers IMO

I think halfords were doing a car care kit which was fairly cheap but it includes everything you'll need
