on hold to the bastards at orange broadband

6 weeks ago I asked them to remove the tag from my phoneline as I signed up for broadband with them but it never worked.

they still have the tag on my line after 6 weeks and 5 equests to remove it. which means I cant sign up with another provider.

im so angry

Correct,their still Ntl Telewest,I worked for ntl a year in their swansea office.

They say they provide good service,yet i worked in faults and there was over a million calls each day,sounds good dont it

And in swansea there is always an hour wait,for someone to answer the line..Wasnt so bad when a customer asks u to sort something out for them with customer service good long wait in the cue,so spend it on here while waiting

I was on hold to Orange for a total of about 1 and a half hours just to get my phone upgrade registered. And also wanted the Orange broadband that they do but no they couldn't do that for me.
